What is the difference between the Paper Print and the Canvas Gallery Wrap?
Paper Print
Our Paper Prints are crafted on premium 100% cotton, acid-free heavyweight (310g) Archival art paper, featuring a textured matte finish. Utilizing professional Canon printers with Lucia 12 color inks, these prints offer vibrant and long-lasting colors. They are carefully rolled in a Kraft shipping tube and are designed to be framed. To preserve the print, avoid touching the surface directly as the inks may be sensitive to oils from your hands. Upon receipt, unroll the print, place the included glassine paper over it, and flatten it by placing some books on top for 24 hours. Flip and repeat the process to ensure the print is ready for framing.

Our Canvas Gallery Wraps are locally made, printed on thick (400g) Archival canvas, and varnished for protection. They are stretched over a 1.5-inch thick wooden frame, providing a gallery-ready finish. These wraps come with hanging hardware installed, making them easy to display on your wall.

Where are your prints made?
All our prints are produced in the USA. Our paper, canvas, and frames are sourced and manufactured domestically, ensuring the highest quality standards.
What is your return policy?
We stand behind the quality of our products and offer a 30-day return policy for Fine Art Paper prints. There are no restocking fees, but return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Returned prints must be in new condition and packaged as originally shipped. Please contact us at info@3dmap.cc with your order number to receive detailed return instructions. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted and do not guarantee a refund.
*Note: We do not accept returns or exchanges for framed prints and Canvas Gallery Wraps, as they are custom-made to order. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us at info@3dmap.cc, and we will work to resolve the issue for you.
What happens if my order arrives damaged?
We take great care in printing and packaging each map to ensure it leaves our facility in perfect condition. However, if your order arrives damaged, please don’t worry. Simply email us photos of the damaged print, shipping tube, and shipping label (with the tracking number visible) at info@3dmap.cc. We will promptly reprint and ship a replacement to you at no additional cost.
Can you design a map that is not already on the site?
While we have an extensive collection of maps for popular locations, we understand that there may be areas you are interested in that are not currently listed. We are always looking to expand our offerings and would love to hear your suggestions. Feel free to email us at info@3dmap.cc with your requests. Please note that designing new maps takes time, and we cannot guarantee immediate availability. We do not offer custom map design services at this time due to the complexity and time required for each design.

Yes, we can accommodate custom sizes for your prints. Please contact us at info@3dmap.cc with your desired dimensions, and we will provide you with a quote. Our maximum print size is 40×60 inches.
