At Fengye, we take great pride in our products and package them with the utmost care to ensure your order arrives safely and in perfect condition. However, we understand that unforeseen events during transit can sometimes cause damage. If your order arrives in less-than-perfect condition, please email us at info@3dmap.cc with photos of the damage, and we will promptly replace it for you.

All our maps are made to order, ensuring you receive the highest quality print. Please allow the following times for delivery:

We ship via UPS and FedEx within the USA, except for PO Boxes, which will be shipped via USPS.

Currently, we are only able to ship unframed paper prints internationally. We cannot ship framed prints or canvas gallery wraps outside the USA. Shipping costs vary by country, and duties and taxes may apply and can be paid at checkout. Please note that we do not accept returns on international orders.

We stand behind the quality of our products and offer a 30-day return policy for unframed prints. There are no restocking fees, but return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Any additional shipping insurance purchased is non-refundable. Returned prints must be in new condition and packaged as originally shipped. Please email us at info@3dmap.cc with your order number to receive detailed instructions and a return authorization number. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted, and a refund is not guaranteed.

*Note: We do not accept returns or exchanges for framed prints and canvas gallery wraps, as they are custom-made to order. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us at info@3dmap.cc, and we will work to resolve the issue for you.
